I help high achievers step out of survival mode and into sustainable leadership.
From Humble Beginnings to Purposeful Leadership
At 18 I wasn't chasing a dream, I was just trying to survive. I didn’t grow up around polished leadership. I grew up around survival. From a childhood shaped by grit to starting my career as an 18‑year‑old part‑time teller, I learned early how to carry more than I should and how to perform strength even when I was stretched thin.

Over the years, I grew into senior leadership and eventually served as President of Financial Women in Texas, roles that showed me how many high achievers were carrying the same invisible weight I once did.
Strength in my world meant pushing through, carrying more than you should, and never letting anything crack. I brought that same survival blueprint into adulthood and into my career, not because anyone asked me to, but because it was all I knew.
As I grew professionally, I became the person who could handle everything, anticipate everything, and hold it all together. Those patterns helped me rise, but they also quietly drained me. I eventually realized the traits that once protected me were now working against me.
That realization is the heart of my work today. I help leaders unlearn the survival patterns they inherited, release the pressure to perform strength, and step into a way of leading that feels honest, supported, and sustainable.

I believe leadership should not cost you your wellbeing or your identity.
It’s about helping high achievers shift from reactive, overloaded leadership into grounded, strategic, sustainable leadership that actually improves performance and culture.

What I Value:

Sustainable performance. Healthy leaders make better decisions, build stronger teams, and create more resilient organizations.

Presence over pressure. Teams thrive when leaders are engaged, steady, and emotionally intelligent.

Boundaries as a leadership skill. Protecting capacity isn’t about working less — it’s about working smarter and leading with intention.

Human-centered leadership. People trust leaders who are real, grounded, and connected — not exhausted and overextended.

Clarity over chaos. When leaders stop operating from survival mode, they lead with focus instead of urgency.

Long-term effectiveness. Burnout is expensive. Sustainable leadership is a competitive advantage.
The Story behind Raevolution
Raevolution is deeply personal. “Rae” is a name shared by three generations of women in my family: my mother, me, and my daughter. It represents legacy, strength, and connection. Paired with “evolution,” it reflects the heart of my work: growth, transformation, and becoming more fully who you are meant to be.
The dandelion in my logo carries that same meaning. Often seen as simple or overlooked, dandelions are incredibly strong, and their seeds travel far beyond where they begin. To me, those seeds represent words that encourage, challenge, and inspire, taking root long after the moment has passed.
Raevolution is my way of helping leaders grow in a way that strengthens their wellbeing, their clarity, and their long-term effectiveness. It is about creating healthier leaders who lead with presence, purpose, and sustainability.

Exhaustion is not your identity. Burnout is not your destiny.
How I Support Leaders
I support leaders who are carrying a lot and want a healthier, more effective way to lead. Through keynotes, workshops, and leadership development experiences, I help high achievers shift out of reactive, overloaded leadership and into grounded, strategic, sustainable leadership. My approach blends lived experience, emotional intelligence, and practical tools that leaders can apply immediately to improve clarity, communication, and team culture.
I focus on strengthening the leader behind the role so they can make better decisions, build stronger relationships, and create environments where people thrive. When leaders are steady, present, and supported, organizations benefit from healthier teams, higher engagement, and long-term effectiveness.
I partner with leaders and organizations who value people-first, sustainable leadership, including:

High achievers who are carrying a lot and want a healthier, more grounded way to lead

Women in leadership who are navigating visibility, pressure, and the weight of expectations

Emerging and mid-level leaders who want to grow without burning out

Executive teams who want stronger communication, clarity, and emotional intelligence

Organizations and associations committed to building resilient, human-centered cultures

Financial institutions and professional industries where performance is high and the pressure is real
